Its leaves are simple, oval-shaped, and arranged alternately, often turning yellow before shedding. The plant produces small, dull white to yellow flowers with a mild fragrance, typically blooming in spring. Its fruit, known as haritaki, is oval, green when unripe and yellowish-brown when mature. This fruit is highly prized for its medicinal properties and is commonly used in herbal formulations like Triphala. Hari Taki is known for its antioxidant, digestive, and rejuvenating benefits.
